Thai pop group LYKN will be returning to Manila next month as part of its ongoing “Dusk & Dawn World Tour.”
The five-member boy group, consisting of Nut, Hong, Tui, William, and Lego, will return to the Philippines on September 18 for their concert, according to Thai production agency GMMTV.
GMMTV initially announced that the event would be held at The Theatre at Solaire but was moved to the World Trade Centre Hall A to accommodate more Filipino fans.
It will be the T-Pop group’s second show in Manila after the success of its “LYKN Unleashed World Tour” last year at the SM Skydome (SM North EDSA).
World tour
LYKN’s “Dusk & Dawn World Tour” will cover a total of 16 cities until the end of September.
The group, formed through GMMTV’s reality competition show “Project Alpha,” kicked off its tour on March 29 at the Palladium in Warsaw, Poland.
All five members travelled to Europe the following month and held shows in Berlin, Paris, Milan, and London.
LYKN then returned to Asia for the next two months and entertained their fans in Tokyo, Taipei, Jakarta, and Macau before taking a short break.
Visiting the Americas
The group recently concluded its concert stop in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will travel to the United States this week for shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City.
They will fly back to Asia in September and will stop by Singapore first before the group’s highly anticipated concert at the World Trade Centre in the Philippines.
LYKN will also perform in Osaka, Japan, on September 20 and will end its tour in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on September 27.
Busy months ahead
The group has yet to finish its concert in the Americas, but GMMTV surprised fans by announcing the “LYKN Reflexion Concert,” scheduled in October at the Impact Arena in Bangkok.
The event will be the boy band’s third solo concert since debuting in 2023.
Aside from dancing and singing in front of their fans, LYKN members are also expected to appear in more television shows produced by GMMTV.
